Austin’s Best Places to Work for 2016 have been unveiled — 75 companies that will perk you up with benefits such as access to a company RV, free phones and Fitbits, and all the vacation time you can manage.

The slideshow details some of the perks at the top 20, and the full list of 2016 Best Places to Work is below. In the July 1 weekly edition, subscribers will be able to do a deep-dive into all 75 corporate cultures.
Pay close attention to what makes these businesses so great. These companies won’t be just fun to read about, there is business intelligence to be had. From rooftop yoga sessions to in-house chefs to desks that are made for sitting and standing, these companies offer innovative perks to keep employees happy and productive. Steal their ideas, reward your employees and do what you can to enhance your work environment. Your budget may not be able to handle an in-house masseuse and your staff may not be able to stomach indoor-skydiving breaks, but there are plenty of ideas coming out of these companies that you can implement in your office.

The Austin Business Journal unveiled the 2016 Best Places to Work in Central Texas at its annual awards luncheon on June 24. More than 700 professionals packed the ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Austin. Photos from the event, which had a superhero theme, will be posted on Austin Business Journal’s Facebook page.
Seventy-five winners were ranked and honored. Ranks are based on anonymous surveys submitted by employees. At least 95 percent of a company’s workforce had to respond to the surveys to be considered.
